Kevin Sofen is the Director of Strategic Innovation in the New Technology Division at W.S. Darley & Company, overseeing product development, market strategy, and emerging technology. During the last ten years, Sofen successfully commercialized a range of products that include truck integrated water purification, packaged water in a box, virtual reality training and autonomous drone solutions. Evan Wing
Evan Wing is the VP of Sales – Western Hemisphere for FLAIM Systems, an Australian based company that uses virtual reality to recreate low-frequency, high-risk scenarios to compliment live-fire training, while providing situational awareness training for Chief Level and Company Officers. Wing currently serves as a Lieutenant on the Middleton Fire District (WI), the largest volunteer district in the state, and has a background in banking and executive management before coming to FLAIM.
